International release of Sgrow EP + new video

Today, May 8th, Sgrow’s debut EP is out internationally! Sgrow celebrates by giving us their brand new live video of the song “Mind Control”. The video was shot at their Norwegian EP-release gig at Revolver in Oslo, March 16th. If you were there, you might hear yourself cheering on tape! When it comes to Sgrow, there is actually a lot to cheer about these days:

Sgrow has been confirmed to both Go North in Scotland in the beginning of June, and to Play! in Belgum in the beginning of October. The gig at Go North is Sgrow’s first concert abroad, and a great kick off for further international activity. The gigs at these two festivals is due to Sgrow’s performance at the music business showcase- and conference Sørveiv last fall. Sørveiv is part of an interantional network of festivals, Excite, which focuses on band recommandations and exchange: Sørveiv’s partners obviously fell for Sgrow!

Lately, Karmakosmetix’ new office in Hamburg has also been sending hot tips about Sgrow to different music press in Germany and other places, so we are expecting some good reviews and features to add to our growing list of positive feedback. We will soon post a list of these and other Sgrow-related reviews/features, but till then, all German-speaking fans can enjoy the first international review of the Sgrow EP here.
